Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Ms. Howie currently lives in the san francisco, bay area. After a fifteen year career in graphic arts, she continued a ten-year-career painting and selling her work at various galleries and at select art and wine festivals.

Brooke Howie's original inspriations are created in oil on professionally constructed and stretched cotton canvas with heavy duty wood frames. The image is painted on the edges as well. No additional framing is required.
