Our latest addition to our Ceramic Garden Art product line are bird houses, hand-crafted by JJ Potts.

JJ Potts is our sole supplier of bird houses and we love their color art. Just as brilliant and vibrant as their Shroomyz, these bird houses feature tops that are the same style as their ceramic garden mushrooms.

Unlike our mushrooms, these bird houses are made from a different type of clay and are save to leave outside all year round.

These ceramics are build for small backyard songbirds to keep their eggs and babies save from predators such as cats and bigger birds. The bird house is small, yet big enough to build a nest and lay eggs.

Only small birds can get into the bird house - the entry is a little more than 1" in diameter and has a protruding lip where birds can sit. The small opening prevents house sparrows and starlings from accessing newly-hatched baby bird.

The bird house comes with a heavy-gauge wire that is securely fastened to the bird house. On the other end is a loop, allowing you to hang the bird house anywhere in your garden. The holes for the wire double for ventilation. The bottom of the bird house has a small hole for drainage (just in case).
