Shipping and Handling
Unless specified otherwise, we ship via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the art work. You may select ground shipment, 2-day shipment or overnight shipment.
OUR GUARANTEE
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every piece of art we ship is warranted to have the look and value presented on our site. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, we will reimburse you after the art work has been returned to us. Please contact us via email and communicate with us the condition of the art work. Returns must be approved, then mailed to:

Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and PayPal. Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged at the point of purchase online.
Late-Delivery
A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight
shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover:
- Acts of God (includes weather),
- An act of war
- Ground shipment delays (arrival dates are estimated)
- High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)
Substitutions
There are no substitutions since we offer only original art. The exception currently are paintings by artist Russ Wagner which are transferred to a canvas and then mounted on premium wood backing. Mr. Wagner's art work can be reproduced as needed and requested.
Shipping
We primarily use UPS. We offer three shipping options:
- Ground Shipping: Allow 3-8 full business days (does not include the day order is placed or shipped). Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the item.
- 2-Day Shipping: Allow 2 full business days (does not include the day order is placed or shipped).
- Next Business Day (Overnight): Allow 1 full business
day (does not include the day order is placed or shipped).
If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day. All orders are shipped on the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday.
We are unable to ship to the following destinations:
- P.O. Box (a physical address is required)
- APO / FPO (military addresses)
- Alaska & Hawaii
- Internationally

Returns
All artwork is covered by our guarantee and will be replaced (if possible) or refunded if they arrive damaged. We reserve the right to have the artwork inspected by the carrier. If the artwork you receive does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.
Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections. A complete shipping address includes:
- Recipient�s first and last name
- Company address (if applicable)
- Street name and number
- Floor- Suite � or Apartment number
- Accurate zip code
- Recipient�s telephone number
