I fell in love with this Still Life Painting the first time I saw it. Once again, Brooke Howie has created a beautiful painting using her signature flowers intertwined with a bowl of fruit.
Brooke Howie painted a bowl of green and red apples with a Mixed Flower Bouquet (sometimes spelled bouqet or boquet) on a table. The table is either on a sunny patio or in a sunny dinning room, covered with a table cloth that resembles the french countryside style.
The Floral Bouquet consists of a Sunflower grouped with yellow and red flower buds plus one daisy flower. The green foliage surrounding the flowers has been painted in strong bold strokes - always recognizable as a Brooke Howie Original.
